Text Message (SMS) Communications

How You Opt-In:

By texting our phone number or submitting our contact form with your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Neighborhood Needs Network.

What We'll Text You:

  • Responses to your requests for help

  • Coordination messages about delivery/pickup

  • Notifications about volunteer opportunities (if you signed up to help)

  • Follow-up messages to ensure your needs were met

Opting Out:

You can stop receiving messages at any time by:

  • Texting "STOP" to our number

  • Contacting us to request removal

  • We will immediately remove you from our list

Data Storage and Security
