How We Share Your Information
Limited Sharing for Coordination:

We Do NOT Share:
Full addresses (until you choose to share directly with your matched volunteer)
Last names
Personal details beyond what's needed for coordination
Your information with other community members not involved in your specific request
Text Message (SMS) Communications
How You Opt-In:
By texting our phone number or submitting our contact form with your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Neighborhood Needs Network.
What We'll Text You:
Responses to your requests for help
Coordination messages about delivery/pickup
Notifications about volunteer opportunities (if you signed up to help)
Follow-up messages to ensure your needs were met
Opting Out:
You can stop receiving messages at any time by:
Texting "STOP" to our number
Contacting us to request removal
We will immediately remove you from our list

Volunteer information: Until you ask us to remove it or you're inactive for 6+ months
We periodically review and delete outdated information
